我司和/或法兰克福展览（香港）有限公司将根据展会业务和服务需要向关联第三方提供您的个人信息。关联第三方信息请见本函附件一。
Our company and/or Messe Frankfurt (H.K.) Ltd. will provide your personal information to the Affiliated Third Parties in accordance with the business and service needs of the exhibition. Please refer to the information of the Affiliated Third Party in the Appendix 1 as attached hereto.

出于市场调研目的，以及为优化和开发展览会、产品和服务，境外接收方和关联第三方，作为我司的关联方，需要对包括您在内的我司展会客户的个人信息进行数据访问和分析，并依据数据分析结果对该等展会的相关计划和安排作出决策，并通过拨打电话、发送电子邮件等方式与您沟通，以便为您提供相关优质展会服务。境外接收方和关联第三方保存您的个人信息的期限为7年。
For market research purposes and to optimize and develop our events, products, and services, the Overseas Recipient and the Affiliated Third Parties, as the affiliated parties of our company, need to conduct data access and analysis of the personal information of our exhibition customers (including you), and to make decisions on relevant exhibition plans and arrangements based on the data analysis results, and to communicate with you through telephone calls, emails and other means, in order to provide you with relevant high quality exhibition services. The Overseas Recipient and the Affiliated Third Parties will retain your personal information for a period of 7 years.

我司已与境外接收方签订相关《个人信息出境标准合同》，并在该合同中将您约定为第三方受益人。
Our company has signed the relevant Standard Contract for Outbound Transfer of Personal Information with the Overseas Recipient, under which you are designated as the third party beneficiary.

根据上述合同的约定，如您需要询问有关您的个人信息处理的问题或要求行使您的相关权利，您可以与境外接收方的以下联系人沟通：
According to the above contract, if you need to ask questions regarding the processing of your personal information or request to exercise your relevant rights, you can communicate with the following contact person of the Overseas Recipient:

如您和境外接收方和/或关联第三方之间发生争议且未能友好解决，您作为上述合同项下的第三方受益人，可以向监管机构提出投诉或者向我司所在地有管辖权的法院对我司或境外接收方提起诉讼。
In the event of any dispute between you and the Overseas Recipient and/or the Affiliated Third Parties which cannot be amicably settled, you, as a third party beneficiary under the above contract, may file a complaint with the regulatory authority or bring a lawsuit against our company or the Overseas Recipient in the court of jurisdiction where our company is located.
